The Gym

The Helix Recovery & Wellness gym (lovingly known as “Iron Helix”) is located at 78 Regional Drive in Concord, New Hampshire.

​

Totaling 4,000 square feet, the space houses state-of-the-art strength and fitness equipment.  From barbells to battle-ropes to kettlebells, we have everything one needs to further or begin one’s fitness journey.  And beyond a full collection of strength equipment, we have ellipticals, stationary Pelaton-style bikes, and treadmills.

In addition to the equipment, the atmosphere cannot be matched.  The industrial-style space certainly adds to the productive and determined energy in the gym, but the energy created by our members themselves is what really makes the space what it is.  An engaging, upbeat, and motivated membership base creates a tide that raises all boats.

So, while our mission and vision go far beyond the nuts and bolts of a training facility, the gym itself, and the energy generated within, offers everything that one could want.
